Maggie Veg Pakoda

If you are an ardent fan of Maggie Veg Noodles, this recipe is going to swing your fandom up a notch! Maggie noodles are the tastiest and most loved foods & to use them as a core ingredient in our traditional Pakoda recipes is simply an icing on the cake!

What do we need?

Maggie Veg Noodles pack-1, besan  (all purpose flour) -1 cup, Red chilli powder, salt, carom seeds, baking soda, green chillies -3, chopped coriander -1 small cup,sunflower oil

How to prepare it?

Boil the noodles in a vessel with water. Let them Cook.  Do not add the masala taste maker. Strain the water and transfer into a bowl and let them dry. To avoid the noodles from becoming sticky, after straining the hot water, pour some cold water on them and wash off. Cut up the coriander finely. Take besan in a bowl, add the coriander, chilli powder, salt,carom seeds, baking soda, green chillies chopped finely, and the masala taste maker. Put in the cooked and dried noodles and mix well. Make small balls and deep fry on oil.

Serve hot with chilli sauce and tea!
