Pineapple Pancake

Experimented a savoury dish with pineapple? Here’s your recipe to get started on! The sweet and sour taste of the pineapple adds the extra zing and mystery to the normal rice or green gram pancakes that we make.

What we need?

1 cup of green gram soaked in water for an hour and half, coriander finely chopped -1 small cup, sunflower oil, finely chopped pineapple pieces -1 cup, salt to taste, 3 green chillies finely chopped, 2 onions finely chopped.

How to prepare it?

In a mixer grinder, put the finely chopped pineapple pieces & the soaked green gram (moong), add salt to taste and grind to make it a coarse liquid. Heat a pan and spread the liquid in the shape of a pancake. Also add some finely chopped tomatoes, onions, chillies and pineapple on top and roast till brown on both side.rl Garnish with finely chopped coriander on top.

Serve hot with tea and a fantastic novel for maximum effect!
