We will need dry fruits like cashews, almonds (soaked and skin removed), pistachios chopped into small pieces -2 cups, besan 2 cups, onions finely chopped, coriander finely chopped – 1 small cup, sunflower oil, carrots grated, 2 green chillies chopped and red chilli powder and salt to taste.
Mix water and besan to make a liquid consistency. Mix the dry fruits and vegetables. Heat oil and fry small mixtures to make the pakora.
Serve hot with ginger tea !
