Spring Roll Stuffed Roti

What do we need?

Wheat flour- 1 cup, vegetables like carrots,beans,cabbage, spring onions and capsicum – 2 cups, little minced garlic, a small spoon of pepper powder,chillI sauce,soya sauce and a cup of chopped onions.

How do we prepare it?

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the veggies in soya sauce and add the chilli sauce too. Add the garlic, onions and the pepper powder.

Knead the wheat flour and make small balls. Make two round rotis and place the spring roll mixture on one. Cover it with the other roti and press all edges. Heat tawa and cook the stuffed roti.

Serve hot with chilli sauce.
