Dry Fruits Modak

What we need?

Dry fruits cut finely into small pieces – cashews, almonds (soaked overnight and peeled), pistachios, apricots, figs, raisins and dates (seedless).

Roast the finely chopped nuts (cashews, almonds and pistachios) and let it cool.

Meanwhile, pour ghee in a non stick pan and roast the raisins, chopped dates, chopped figs and the chopped apricots.

Now blend the nuts mixture and add it to the ghee tossed dry fruits till the whole thing comes together.

Shape the mixture like modaks and serve hot!
