Quinoa Oats Idli

What do we need?

Oats-1 cup, quinoa -1 cup, urad dal- 1 cup, ginger chilli paste, salt to taste.

How to prepare it?

1. In a blender, add the oats, quinoa and the urad daal. Blend to a fine powder.

2. Take this powder in a bowl and add water to it along with the salt and ginger chilli paste.

3. Mix well and then let this mixture ferment for some time. I have let it stay for 4 to 5 hours.

4. Once fermented, pour the mixture into idli moulds and steam.

5. Serve hot with chilli chutney & sambar!
