To make this creative and very easy dessert, we need one cup of plain yogurt. You can also use flavors of yogurt that go well with mango juice.
Roast dry fruits like cashews, almonds and pistachios in little bit of ghee and set aside.
Mix the roasted dry fruits in plain yogurt & put it into a mold. We will deep freeze the mold for 2 hours to make sure the yogurt sets into a solid yet soft enough consistency to dig in & separate with a spoon.
Meanwhile, cut up 2 ripe mangoes into pieces. Mix a little water and powder sugar and make a juice. Place the juice in the refrigerator.
After 2 hours, remove the mold from the deep freezer and invert it in a serving bowl. Gently tap it to demold the yogurt.
Now pour the mango juice around it and garnish with roasted cashew nuts. Serve chilled!
