Kiwi Ridge Gourd Skin Chutney

How to prepare it ?

1. Wash and remove the skin of the ridge gourd carefully and set aside.


2. Chop the Kiwis into circular pieces and set aside.


3. Roast peanuts and remove the skin.


4 . Cut pieces of fresh coconut , chilli and grate Jaggery. Also, cut small pieces of garlic.


5. Add all ingredients in a mixer with salt to taste and grind to a coarse paste.


6. Serve hot with idli or dosa 🙂
