- Take a few slices of bread and apply ghee over them.
- Roast them in a pan on medium flame.
- Cut up the roasted bread into small square pieces and keep aside.
- We will use vegetables like capsicum,chilies,tomatoes, onions,grated carrot along with ginger garlic paste, soy sauce,green chili sauce,tomato ketchup. Chop up the vegetables finely. You can also use paneer to supplement the base ingredient (bread), this is however,optional & based entirely on your preference. For this post, I have used paneer too.5. In fruit combination, cut up apples and plums into small pieces. I have also used seedless black grapes for the punchy taste. 6. Take maida & little corn flour,add ginger garlic paste,red chili powder & mix with paneer till the pieces are well coated with the powder mixture. 7. Fry these paneer pieces in a little oil in a non stick pan and keep aside.If there is too much of oil, damp them with a tissue paper. 8. In a pan,add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste,onions & saute.Once soft,add all the other veggies and stir till cooked.9. Make sure that the vegetables remain crispy. Add soy sauce,green chili sauce,ginger garlic paste and ketchup. Stir for 2 minutes. 10. To this,add your paneer and bread pieces & continue to stir.11. In the end, add your fruits, stir for a minute and remove from heat. 12. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with parathas or butter roti!
