Saunf (Fennel Seeds) Chutney

  1. Take a cup of saunf (fennel seeds).20161201_191331.jpg
  2. We will also need curry leaves and a half cup coriander seeds (Dhania)20161201_191928.jpg
  3. Also we will need 2 cloves of garlic,ginger,coconut piece,red chilies,tamarind & salt.20161201_192017.jpg
  4. Dry roast the fennel seeds(saunf),coriander seeds(dhania),red chilies,curry leaves till brown.20161201_192249.jpg
  5. Grate the ginger,coconut piece & grind the roasted ingredients with garlic & salt in mixer.20161201_192603.jpg
  6. Grind the ingredients to a coarse powder. Make sure it does not become too fine.12.3.jpg
  7. Enjoy tasty dry saunf (fennel seeds) chutney with idlis/dosas by adding little ghee to it.20161201_192834.jpg
